Not wanting to fall behind other counties or miss out on opportunities that benefit LaPorte County, two local entities have led the charge in creating the Vibrant Communities of LaPorte County Movement.
Vibrant, indeed, is the word The Unity Foundation of LaPorte County and LaPorte County Convention & Visitors Bureau chose to describe their strategic, comprehensive and exhaustive plan for a successful future here. Over the course of six months, from September 2019 to February 2020, Vibrant Communities considered input from more than 900 people through several in-person
events and online activities, culminating in the effort’s Action Agenda….
