Steering Committee

Purpose: Orient Steering Committee members to the process, gain initial insight on community opportunities, initiate the communication and outreach messaging and activities, and establish next steps including future meetings.

Purpose: Provide an update on the process; discuss the Community Conversation Workshops; and discuss initial steps related to the planning for communications and outreach activities.

Purpose: Discuss initial findings of Round 1 Engagement, review and identify draft goals for the action agenda, identify a vision statement for the action agenda, discuss plan outline for review at the Summit, prepare for and establish next steps for Summit on the Future.

Purpose: Discuss findings of Round 2 Engagement, review and discuss potential action items, discuss plan outline, prepare for and establish next steps for the process.

Purpose: Review and discuss the draft action agenda, identify priority or missing actions, prepare for and establish next steps for the process.
